On Thursday 25th April 2013, one of our Borzoi puppies went on a long journey to Kings Lynn Norfolk. ?Her new mum and dad, trvelled up the day before to meet her and then set off on the long drive home on the Thursday morning.
Sara writes in her email:
Thank you so much for all your help with our purchase of Troika.? She has settled wonderfully so far.? The journey home was very easy, with no vomit, poo or wee!? She is a lovely mixture of confident and interested while being fantastically relaxed and definitely very people orientated.? As you will see from the picture she is actually only a few inches shorter than our Stitch, and so I don't suppose it will take long for her to overtake her.? She also seems really bright at picking things up, but some would say that lurchers aren't much of a standard - we don't agree of course!
I'm afraid it is very unlikely we will ever be able to use you as the journey is so much too far, and it's not a lot of good us recommending you to our friends, but if we can ever be of use as a reference of any sort, do ask.
Sara and Shaun decided to call their new Borzoi puppy 'Troika' as it means three coloured on Russian - where this breed of dog originates from.?
Thanks to both of you for your lovely words in your email. ?Below is a picture of Troika and her new pal Stitch!!!
